Chocolate Moose
1/3-cup soft coconut meat
1 cup chocolate sapote or any other creamy fruit
1/4-cup citrus juice
¼ cup whole cocoa beans
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 Tbsp. Agava or Honey
Place in vita mix and blend until smooth consistency.
Serve plain or with strawberry sauce.

1-cup strawberries
1 Tbsp. Agava
Place in vita mix and blend until creamy.
