Raw Hummus

Raw Hummus

 
2 cloves garlic
1 handful fresh cilantro
1 cup chopped zucchini
1-2 Tbsp chopped onion
 
Blend in a food processor with s blade.
 
Then add:
3 cups sprouted garbanzo beans
2 Tbsp. flax oil
2 Tbsp.  Nama shoyu
1 Tbsp lemon, lime juice or apple cider vinegar
 
Blend in food processor until creamy consistency.
 
Enjoy!
